1. Return of goods
1.1. Defects of the sold goods shall be eliminated, quality goods shall be replaced/returned and the defective goods shall be replaced/returned according to the Retail Sales Rules approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (Decision No. 738 as of 22 July 2014), the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other applicable legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. Refund for the returned goods shall always be made to the payer's bank account.
1.2. Quality food products shall not be replaced or returned, unless otherwise decided by the Seller. Quality goods unpacked after delivery and not returnable because of the health or hygiene reasons can be replaced or returned with our consent exclusively.
1.3. The Buyer shall be entitled to return a good quality product with the Seller’s consent within 30 calendar days from the day of delivery, if the quality product is returned under the terms of the Rules and get refund in the terms and conditions set out in the Rules (refund guarantee).
1.4. The Buyer willing to return a product/products in accordance with Section 1.3 above within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery should inform the Seller in written by email to info@norameda.lt and indicate the items to be returned, the order number and the reason of the return. Having received such request, the Seller shall contact the Buyer within 2 (two) working days to arrange details of return/replacement of quality goods (if the return is approved by the Seller) or to inform the Buyer that the return of quality goods is rejected.
1.5. The following conditions of returning quality products must be met:
1.5.1. The returned product must be in the original and neat package;
1.5.2. The product must not be damaged by the Buyer;
1.5.3. The product must be unused, not shop-soiled (with undamaged labels, protective films on, etc.);
1.5.4. The purchase document of the returned goods must be submitted.
1.6. The set of the returned product must be identical to the one sent to the Buyer.
1.7. As soon as the Seller makes sure the returned quality product corresponds to the terms and conditions determined in our rules (https://www.gudruciovaistine.lt/en/info/5-purchase-sale-rules), he shall make refund to the payer's bank account within 9–14 working days or replace the returned quality product with the new one, if the Buyer requests so. The Seller shall be entitled to refuse acceptation of the returned goods, if he decides that the conditions of return of the goods specified in the rules are violated.
1.8. High-quality and poor quality goods can be returned (at the Buyer's choice):
1.8.1. Through a courier service (the costs of courier arrival, parcel pick up from your address and parcel delivery to the Seller shall be paid by the Buyer);
1.8.2. At a post office (parcel return at the Buyer’s expense at a post office of the Buyer’s choice).
1.9. In the case the Buyer returns or replaces quality goods 14 days after but still within the 30-day period from the delivery date, the Buyer shall not get refund of the delivery costs and the Buyer shall also cover all delivery costs related to the return and/or replacement of the quality goods.
1.10. The Seller shall refund the defective goods return delivery costs incurred by the Buyer in the Republic of Lithuania, if he ascertains the fact that the goods are returned due to inadequate quality in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Rules hereto and applicable legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
1.11. The legal warranty term for the product is 24 months, unless there is an expiry date applicable to the product.
