WHAT SHALL I DO IF I LOSE MY LOGIN DATA?

You should notify our Customer Service Department in writing immediately by the means communication specified in the Contacts section hereto. We do not assume any responsibility for any action of third parties taken using your login data.

ORDERING GOODS

HOW TO BUY GOODS?

Pick up the items you desire by clicking Add to the shopping cart. When all of the goods you desire are in the shopping cart, you can remove any unnecessary item (X) by clicking the shopping cart icon or the amount, or:

Click Shopping Cart to review its content, change quantities of the goods (by entering the desired quantity and clicking on the green icon Refresh, remove goods (X), use a discount code, go back to the store or continue billing.

Click Billing and proceed straight to your payment.

If you are a new unregistered buyer, choose whether you wish to sign up and create an account or buy without registration in the billing settings window.
When you sign up, you will have to provide information required for the purchase, payment and delivery of the selected goods as well as the password you created in the information fields. Once you create an account, you will be able to shop faster, follow your order status and history. If you do not wish to register, you will be redirected to your billing details immediately. In both cases, click Continue and specify the required data.

If you are a registered buyer and wish to sign in, simply enter your login data.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE STARTED TO BE EXECUTED?

When you buy online and pay for goods by payment order, card or cash, via Paysera or buy online and pay via PayPal, your order will be forwarded for execution as soon as the money reach our Paysera or PayPal account.

When you buy online and pay to the courier that delivers the goods in cash or bank card at the time of delivery, the contract is considered enforceable at the moment you confirm your order in the e-store.

When you buy online and pay cash or by bank card at Lietuvos spauda or Narvesen kiosks or Maxima retail sales points, your order is only forwarded for execution as soon as the money reach our bank account.

WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER?

Yes. When you place an order, an automatically generated confirmation that the order is accepted by our e-store shall be sent at your e-mail address.

WHY DO I HAVE TO GIVE MY PHONE NUMBER IN THE ORDER INFORMATION PAGE?

To enable the courier to discuss a convenient delivery time with you because we deliver parcels to the recipient personally.

SETTLEMENT

WHAT ARE THE METHODS AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT FOR GOODS?

Vis Paysera payment service:

online via your e-banking system or via Paysera payment service;

in cash or by a bank card at Lietuvos spauda kiosks;

in cash or by a bank card at Narvesen kiosks;

in cash or by a bank card at Maxima retail sales points.

Via PayPal payment service if you buy online; you must have a credit or debit card and e-mail address in order to create your PayPal account; the sign-in is done following the procedure set by PayPal ;

in cash or by a bank card at the moment of delivery /pick up of your goods.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

WHAT IS THE PRICE FOR DELIVERY?

The delivery price in Lithuania is EUR 3.91. We offer free delivery in Lithuania for orders over EUR 45.00.

DO YOU DELIVER GOODS TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES?

Currently, we deliver goods to Latvia only.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY GOODS?

The ordered goods will be delivered at your address within 1-3 working days after we receive your payment, unless there is a different delivery time specified by the e-store. In any case, the goods will be delivered to you within 30 days.

The term of delivery of the goods begins on the next working day from the day your payment reaches our account. The term is preliminary. The term does not apply in the case the ordered goods are not readily available in our warehouse, and you are informed about the lack of the ordered goods.

HOW CAN I GET MY GOODS?

A courier of Lietuvos paštas parcel delivery service will deliver the parcel by personal signature.

HOW SOON DO I HAVE TO PICK MY GOODS UP IN THE CASE I DECIDE TO PAY IN CASH OR BY A BANK CARD AT THE MOMENT OF PICK UP?

Within 21 calendar day from the day the goods are ready to be picked up. Otherwise the order will be cancelled and the goods will return to our store. In such case, we shall be entitled to ask you to compensate for our losses within a reasonable period of time, i.e. delivery fee, if applicable.

HOW SOON DO I HAVE TO PICK MY GOODS UP IN THE CASE I PAY FOR THEM IN ADVANCE?

Within 21 calendar day from the day the goods are ready to be picked up. If you do not and if we fail contact you within the specified time, the order will be cancelled and the goods will return to our store. We will refund the money paid for the goods within 14 days having bank charges and delivery fee (if applicable) deducted.

CAN A PERSON OTHER THAN THE ONE PLACING AN ORDER PICK THE GOODS UP?

The goods are delivered to you personally unless you indicate they can be picked up by other person when placing your order. If you cannot pick up the goods yourself and you do not indicate another recipient but the goods are delivered at the address indicated by you, you will not be able to claim that the goods are delivered to the wrong person.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I NOTICE THE PARCEL PACKAGE IS DAMAGED OR THE PRODUCT SET (RANGE) OR QUANTITY IS WRONG?

You should write down your comments in the shipment delivery document or complete a separate violation/incompliance deed in the presence of the courier. If you do not check your parcel and do not specify any defects regarding the set (range) and (or) quantity in the parcel delivery document, it shall be considered that your parcel is delivered properly and undamaged.

RETURN OF GOODS

CAN I RETURN A QUALITY GOOD AND GET MY REFUND?

Defects of the sold goods shall be eliminated, quality goods shall be replaced/returned and the defective goods shall be replaced/returned according to the Retail Sales Rules approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (Decision No. 738 as of 22 July 2014), the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other applicable legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

You can return a quality product (except food and medical devices such as nose, throat spray, etc.) with our consent within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the item following our rules of return (https://www.gudruciovaistine.lt/en/info/5-purchase-sale-rules). You should inform us in written by e-mail to info@norameda.lt and indicate the item you are returning, your order number and the reason for the return within the period above. Upon receipt of the request, we will either arrange details of the return or replacement of a quality product with you if we accept the return or reject the return of quality goods within 2 working days.

A quality product to be returned must be in original and neat package, undamaged, unused, not shop-soiled (undamaged labels, protective films on, etc.), and in the same set as you received. You will also have to submit a purchase document.

As soon as we make sure the returned quality product corresponds to the terms and conditions determined in our rules (https://www.gudruciovaistine.lt/en/info/5-purchase-sale-rules), we will make refund to the payer's bank account within 9–14 working days or replace the returned quality product with the new one, if you request so. We shall be entitled to refuse acceptation of the returned goods, if we decide that the conditions of return of the goods specified in the rules are violated.

CAN I REPLACE OR RETURN A QUALITY FOOD PRODUCT?

Quality food products shall not be replaced or returned, unless we decide otherwise. Quality goods unpacked after delivery and not returnable because of the health or hygiene reasons can be replaced or returned with our consent exclusively.

HOW DO I RETURN A QUALITY PRODUCT OR A DEFFECTIVE PRODUCT?

Through a courier service (the costs of courier arrival, parcel pick up from your address and parcel delivery to us shall be paid by you) or a post office (parcel return at your expense at a post office of your choice).

SHALL I GET THE REFUND IF I RETURN A QUALITY PRODUCT 14 DAYS AFTER RECEPTION, WHEN THE 30-DAYS FROM DELIVERY PERIOD HAS NOT EXPIRED YET?

In such case we will not refund your shipping costs and you will also have to cover all delivery costs in relation to the return and/or replacement of quality goods.

HOW DO YOU MANAGE MY PERSONAL DATA?
